FAQs – Return & Refund Policy
Q1: Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: No — currently, we only accept online prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). COD is not available at the moment.
Q2: What if the package arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours by emailing support@thekuawala.com or calling +91 8447076069. Kindly share your order number and clear pictures of the package/product. After verification, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Q3: Can I return an opened or partially used packet?
A: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used packets cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused packets that arrive in damaged condition.
Q4: How long does it take to get a refund or replacement?
A: Once we receive and verify the return, we take 2–3 business days to process the decision. Approved replacements are dispatched within 3–5 business days, and refunds reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment gateway.
